Welcome Gentlemen Wise!
I’m going to share a some tips on looking your best in a tie:
Let’s wise up and suit up gents!
During an interview with Gentri, the best dressed music group in the world, we asked them their favorite knot. They all used different knots, but Bradley Quinn Lever tied a knot we'd never seen before and his knot doesn't have a name. So, in honor of Gentri, we introduce to you THE GENTRI KNOT.
You may have heard of the Pratt-Shelby knot, well this one is very similar but it has one different step which makes the knot self releasing, in other words, when you go to untie it, you can just pull the knot apart easily.
The Double Windsor is one of our favorite knots to teach. It’s a quick and easy knot that is symmetrical, classic, and looks fantastic with a myriad of styles.
The fastest knot this side of the sunrise: The Buie Knot!
I like to call this the chill and relax knot, a look for less formal events such as the after work party or weekend social outings. Also, this happens to be one of the simpler knots to tie; so, if you suck at tying knots, don’t even try the others and stick with this one.
